To Be A Song Writer…
First of all, thanks for all of the support with The Room I Found! If you haven’t checked it out, visit the Store link on the menu, or check it out on iTunes! On Friday night, I had the opportunity to play a few songs from the album at an event called “Friday Night Music” which was birthed by some members of the church I go to here in Charleston. It’s basically a night for any artists, musicians, writers, or other kinds of creators to share their work and create a sense of community. It’s really a lot of fun! One...

I promise, it’s on the way! I had a few artwork/layout problems during the duplication process, but I am fairly sure those are all ironed out and I should be receiving my CDs within the next week! Crossing my fingers that everything turns out correctly! But hey, want to see the album cover? I had to change the cover from my original artwork (which was also cool!) due to the template requirements, so I was forced to start from scratch. My friend Jenna Buesser from back in the day, like maybe 4th grade, responded to a Facebook ad I put up...

I did it….I created a mailing list! Here is why: With the new album all recorded (by the way, all of the songs are recorded and mixed!! Hooray!) I want to start promoting it and offering free samples/tracks to those on the mailing list! Also because of the new album, I am trying to book some more gigs, so this is another way to promote those happenings! So basically, it’s to aid in promoting the album and it’s happenings! I have put the form in this post, but you can also find the Mailing List link next to...

Thanks to all who came out to Coffee Underground last night! It was a good time! Next time, I fully plan on having it over-organized so that there is no room for error. I now owe my brother and his friend Dunkin Donuts for working the cover charge table, and I will get there earlier to learn how to use the sound board or bring someone extreme tech-savvy. And I would publicize it more. Other than that, all was good! If you missed it, have no fear. A friend captured the entire night on video. I’m going to edit it with her this week and...
